ISOG 24 is our latest advancement in CNC tool grinding. With countless clever details, it sets new standards in the high-precision and fast production of cylindrical tools, indexable inserts and complex production parts.
Coolant nozzles attach directly to the grinding head and move with every grinding movement, which means they automatically adapt to the grinding point - using coolant more accurately than ever before. In addition, the integrated 12-fold grinding wheel changer is particularly generously dimensioned and therefore allows a particularly large number of working steps. Finally, the newly developed adapter system makes ISOG 24 extremely versatile and significantly speeds up the change from any clamping system.
