Built-in master:
This feature is an additional check to the calibration of the master rotor machine, the advantage of the system over static reference blocks is that the gauging system can be controlled dynamically as when using a gauge (gold) rotor.
Calibration/Reference Blocks:
Positioning reference blocks fixed to the front and rear base are used for alignment check of the pedestals/rotor. The deviation from the zero position will be calculated automatically in the NC program. This feature will guarantee high accuracy grinding result. They are also used to verify that the mirrors are installed correctly. Deviations in the total length will cause the program to stop with a corresponding message on the screen.
